Aries Corporate Housing: Website Redesign

Strategic redesign for improved accessibility and performance

Understanding the brief

Aries Corporate Housing, a luxury rental service provider, needed a refreshed, accessible, and responsive website that aligned with their brand identity and appealed to a global audience. The previous design lacked modern UX standards, clear information hierarchy, and visual consistency. The challenge was to build a clean, trustworthy digital presence that reflects their premium offerings while keeping the experience intuitive and accessible.

Process

I led the end-to-end UI/UX design of the website, maintaining brand integrity with a refined blue-and-white theme. Key contributions included:

Designed all core pages including the landing pagenavbarfooter, and internal sections, ensuring cohesive flow and visual hierarchy.

Researched competitor websites in both the hospitality and housing industries, focusing on information architecture norms across the U.S. and globally.

Collaborated closely with the team to assess animation feasibility and performance, especially considering the site's WordPress deployment.

Incorporated high-quality visuals, monotone icons, and typography enhancements to reinforce the luxury branding.

Designed email marketing templates and social media creatives to maintain a consistent brand voice across digital touchpoints.

Focused heavily on WCAG accessibility standards, creating fully responsive layouts adaptable to all screen sizes.

The experience was both enriching and creatively challenging, particularly due to the need to align with Pedigree’s brand guidelines and ensure accessibility across platforms. As part of a campaign-focused hypercasual game, the product required a balance between playful engagement and functional clarity. The design was responsive and tailored for users interacting via both desktop and mobile, with accessibility baked into visual and interaction decisions. The goal was to create an intuitive and delightful user journey while reinforcing the brand's message in an interactive format.

1.Research

(Who are the users? What is the product? What are the goals?)
Targeted casual gamers and dog lovers engaging with branded marketing content.

2.Collaborate and Build Relationships

(Project manager, client, engineers, content)
Coordinated closely with the project manager and client for UI planning and approvals.

3.Design

(Using design tools, accessibility, responsive layouts, brand alignment)
Designed major screens including sign-up, home, instructions, leaderboard, win/lose, and score updates.

4.Iterate & Test

(User test where possible, refine designs)
Iterated on layouts and flows based on internal reviews and stakeholder feedback.

5.Release

(Launch scope and goals)
Final designs were implemented and launched as part of a live campaign.

1.Adhering to existing brand colors while introducing fresh elements that elevate user engagement.

2.Balancing performance with visual design, especially when incorporating animations and image-heavy content on WordPress.

3.Aligning global usability expectations while designing for an audience unfamiliar with Indian design conventions.
